Shinhan Card, South Korea’s number 1 credit card business, has inaugurated its consumer finance company, Shinhan Vietnam Finance Company Ltd., in Viet Nam.
On Thursday, the State Bank of Viet Nam (SBV) issued a decision approving the purchase, sale and transfer of all contributed capital of Prudential Holborn Life Limited at Prudential Vietnam Finance Company Limited to Shinhan Card Co., Ltd.
